Court approves Larkin's view of parents

My day job involves advising schools about a lot things; quite often the issues involve parents who are in dispute about their children.  The famous Larkin poem has often come to mind.  In a recent judgment it seem Lord Justice Wall is of a similar view, after quoting the poem he commented:

"This mother and father are no different from many separated parents who make the damage to their children caused by their separation much worse by continuing their battles against each other in legal proceedings."
